Tanzania & Kenya Trip: " We have been forever changed by our experience in East Africa! We were so well taken care of by all the teams there."

"Everything was explained ahead of time and all questions ( and we had a lot LOL) were answered with pleasure. All the hotels and Lodges were exceptional and each had its own unique charm. Our tours in Nairobi were great! The Elephant Sanctuary was so special.... The Satao Elerai Camp at Amboseli was such a memorable introduction to the whole experience. We saw so much wildlife just on the road into the camp and also in the bush along the walk to our Tent, Wow!!! It was a very picturesque and peaceful place, we were glad we had time to just hang out there and enjoy it. All of our guides and drivers were wonderful. James was great in Kenya. We would like to thank Anastasia for giving us Godlove! when we made the switch from Kenya to Tanzania. He asked if we knew Anastasia personally and I explained that My Daughter Robyn had worked at the company when she lived in California. He told us he was scheduled for a different safari but was asked to take us instead. Thank You!!! We loved him and had a lot of fun with him. He was so personable but professional at the same time and he made those five days we spent with him very relaxing. We are so glad we did the Mobile tented camp Kazkas. That was an experience I wouldn't want to have missed. Hearing the animals outside our tent at night was unforgettable. It was also a cozy place where we got to know the other guests so that was fun! We loved having our own driver (Vincent) on safari for most of the time but maybe would have enjoyed sharing a vehicle in Northern Serengeti. It just felt like that kind of place.... We were amazed and so lucky to see 2 huge crossings! I can't believe that we said when planning this trip that it "wasn't a priority" I had no idea how epic it would be. For such an Animal lover I managed the sadness of the wild very well 🙂 I learned firsthand about the "The circle of life" and will forever appreciate each animals delicate balance in this world. I do agree with Brian on the order of the lodges as we were a bit spoiled by the time we got to Kazkas, Although I have to say the food there was the best!! And Chris the manager and all the workers were wonderful. So glad we did the Balloon Ride here! The Day Room at Tamerind Tree before our long flight home was the best idea! We were so glad you arranged that. Everything you planned for us was amazing! We would reccomend you to anyone going to Africa, and as Brian said, we may want to see more!!"

South Africa and Zimbabwe: "We used Anastasia's Africa about 10 years ago to book a fabulous trip to South Africa including a shark dive and a safari.

We have recommended you to many friends as we were so pleased with the itinerary that you planned for us. Everything was perfect. We travel a lot, and it is our hobby and passion, but we both agree that the trip you booked for us was by far our favorite trip of a lifetime! And this was to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary! Ten years later, we are celebrating our 20th anniversary and are very interested in trekking with gorillas. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank YOU for giving us the best trip of our life!

South Africa & Mozambique: "Our trip was the most magical trip we've ever taken.

We felt like we were in a dream that never ended. It started with Karin from Anastasia's Africa. We spent a lot of time on the phone in the beginning, and our agent took the time to listen to what suited my family's needs. I also did my homework and new what I wanted so as our conversations in sued we put together our trip. We started at Kruger National Park and stayed at Sabi Sabi Little Bush. Then from there we went to White Pearl Resort in Mozambique. Flew to Cape Town and ended in Cape Winelands. From the hotels, air fares transfers to our own private guide, and making dinner reservations was all done by this agent. She sent me a detailed itinerary before we left that gave us a day by day break down. This trip wouldn't have been what it was if it weren't for this company and words can't even describe the beauty of South Africa. Thanks for making our family vacation so wonderful! We can't wait to go back to visit and possibly find a place to live for a few months. Being on our safari and seeing the big 5 was so magical. Sabi Sabi Little Bush had a huge part in making our trip great. When we were done with our game drives we would pull up and have breakfast in the trees. Dinner's were amazing and our guides made our trip too. I wouldn't do anything differently from the start to the end. It was perfect!

South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe: "We have just returned from "a trip of a lifetime experience"

Anastasia's Africa did the planning for us because we wanted a tailored agenda to meet our specific needs. Our amateur interest in photography, and experiencing foreign cultures were prime factors in our planning. There were many details... airport/hotel transfers, internal flights for connections to safari camps, and meetings with local guides. All of our guides were personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did all the connections go very smoothly, but Karin personally called us in the middle of the trip to make sure everything was satisfactory. Pre-trip advice and itinerary details were perfect for packing and giving us advice on tipping. The safari camps visited with "off road" access to the wild life were absolutely thrilling... chasing the cheetahs, lions, and wild dogs in the safety of our jeeps....often observing close up their successes. (Not recommended for the squeamish) A center viewing spot in nature's "survival of the fittest" arena.

Kenya & Tanzania Family Safari: "Anastasia's Africa was so helpful in customizing the most memorable vacation our family has ever taken.

The 11 night safari was nothing short of amazing! One hotel stay in Nairobi, four different camps (two in Kenya, and two in Tanzania), several bush planes...Logistically everything was nearly seamless. Karin & team answered all of our questions beforehand, and prepared us for our adventure adequately. The beautiful African animals were probably the most enjoyable part of our trip. There is nothing like the exhilaration of a herd of elephants walking so close to your truck you could almost reach out and touch them. Or watching the majestic giraffes run across the plain, the leopard carrying it's kill back to her cub, the cheetah attempting to chase down an impala, and the millions of wildebeest crossing the Serengeti. The African sunrises and sunsets were exquisite. The food was fabulous at every camp, the service was top notch, the tents very comfortable, and the people were fantastic. We have given a lot of thought to if we would do anything differently, and overall I would say NOTHING!

Our trip was a wonderful adventure, a perfect mix of exploring and relaxation. We spent just the right amount of time getting to know the safari life, with a range of experiences at different times and parks. Our itinerary built well, introducing us to the flora and fauna at a great pace. Anastasia’s Africa team in Tanzania was exceptionally helpful and we cannot say enough about our guide. Though the country and the countryside spoke easily for themselves, our guide made sure that nothing was lost for us in translation. Should we ever be lucky enough to return, he will be our guide, if possible. On the planning side, Anastasia’s Africa were extremely accommodating, and were a huge help when our actual accommodations in Zanzibar burned to the ground. They worked very quickly to move us to a site just up the coast, which was a beautiful property and a perfect way to end our trip. "

Luxury Tanzania & Zanzibar Honeymoon

South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe Trip: "The trip was really better than we could have ever imagined.

We planned a trip at the very last minute (about five weeks before departure) and Karin and her team put together an amazing itinerary within a day or two that completely met our particular needs and desires. She could not have been better, or easier, to work with and was very passionate and professional at every turn. We had more than enough information about the trip and any nuances that we were likely to encounter on the trip. In short, every question or issue was answered without trouble. I could go on forever but each part really was special and unique on its own. We loved Cape Town and everything that is has to offer. It was so easy to get around and see things that you would never otherwise get a chance to see. While we digested quite a bit, it never felt rushed or thrown upon us and we were able to move at a great pace. We'd love to get back and spend more time there. The portion of our trip spent in Zambia was equally memorable, both the people and the location. Everyone was very friendly and our afternoon spent in the local village was an experience we won't soon forget. Lastly, the days spent on safari were probably the highlight of the trip for us. The two lodges (Lion Sands and Londolozi) were some of the nicest places we'd ever had the pleasure of visiting. Both were extremely accomodative and flexibile and were able to take care of every request. Spending New Year's Eve out in the bush was fantastic and the staff at Londolozi threw a wonderful Gatsby-themed party for all the guests. At every stop we felt as though we were part of a family returning home as everyone was so welcoming and inclusive which really made the trip as enjoyable as possible. We'd love to go back, explore a few different areas such as the Garden Route and spend as much time as possible on vacation there.

ANASTASIA'S AFRICA MADE IT ALL HAPPEN WITHOUT A HITCH. WE WERE MET EVERYWERE WITH ONE OF THEIR REPS AND THE DID A FANTASTIC JOB TAKING CARE OF US THROUGHOUT THE SAFARI. OUR AGENT BOOKED US INTO THE MOST FANTASTIC GAME LODGES WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED & GUIDED US THRU THE PROCESS OF WHERE TO GO & WHEN TO GO. BY FAR THE HIGHLIGHTS OF OF TRIP WERE THE GAME DRIVES, YOU REALY GET CLOSE TO THE ANIMALS AND WE HAD LIONS LITERALLY 3 FEET FROM US AS THEY WALKED AROUND THE JEEP. BREATHTAKING ! SOMETIMES BIG 5 SIGHTING ALL IN ONE DAY. BY FAR THE CATS AND PREDATORS GENERATE THE MOST EXCITMENT. LIONS, LEOPARDS, CHEETAHS AND HYENAS WOW WE SAW THEM ALL ! THE ONLY THING ON THIS TRIP THAT WE WOULD CHANGE IS STAYING LONGER AND WE WENT FOR A MONTH. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK !
